What started in Bangalore East grew into a partnership with Times of India for exclusive property campaigns, then into something bigger: when Prabhu joined, NR Estates expanded beyond apartments into land — working directly on the ground with developers, landowners, and investors across Karnataka, from Bengaluru to Mysore. With over 10 years of experience in Bengaluru's real estate market, Sandhya specializes in residential sales, luxury homes, resale properties, land opportunities, and investor advisory. Having worked with leading developers including Prestige Group and Vaswani Group, she brings deep market knowledge and a strong network across the city's most sought-after locations. At NR Estates, she works closely with homebuyers, investors, landowners, and developers, guiding clients through every stage of the property journey—from identifying opportunities and site visits to negotiations and successful closures. Her focus is on building long-term relationships through honest advice, market expertise, and personalized service.
Prabhu Jeganathan
Head of Operations & Growth
Prabhu leads operations, technology, marketing, and business growth initiatives at NR Estates. With a background in product design and digital systems, he focuses on creating efficient processes, improving client experiences, and leveraging technology to support the company's real estate advisory services. He works closely with clients, partners, and the internal team to streamline operations, manage property marketing, oversee digital platforms, and develop systems that help buyers, sellers, investors, and landowners navigate property decisions more effectively.
